This training provides a foundational overview of domestic violence, focusing on the complex power and control dynamics that characterize abusive relationships. Participants will explore the various forms of abuse—physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, financial, and more—as well as the cycle of violence and common barriers survivors face when seeking help. The session aims to deepen understanding of how abuse operates in intimate relationships and equip professionals with the knowledge needed to identify and respond effectively.
