 This interactive professional development workshop explores how human services professionals can effectively support military-connected teens as they prepare for adulthood. Emphasizing protective factors such as mental health, financial literacy, and career readiness, the session bridges research and practice to highlight strategies that foster resilience, self-advocacy, and strong youth-adult relationships. Participants will gain practical tools and resources to strengthen well-being, promote positive developmental outcomes, and empower adolescents to navigate the unique challenges of military life with confidence.
