Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of enhancing your membership experience within the organization and providing you with relevant resources, networking opportunities, and professional development.
- Under no circumstances will NOHS share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
Prohibition of Solicitation:
- Members are strictly prohibited from soliciting other members for marketing, recruiting, or selling purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited emails, messages, or making unsolicited phone calls to fellow members for commercial purposes.
- Any use of membership profiles for the purpose of marketing, recruiting, or selling information is strictly forbidden.
Respectful Conduct:
- Members are expected to engage with one another respectfully and professionally. The use of member information should be solely for fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support within the field of human services.
- Any form of harassment, exploitation, or misuse of member information will result in immediate disciplinary action to be decided by the board of directors, including the possibility of membership termination without reimbursement.
Compliance and Enforcement:
- Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the suspension or revocation of membership privileges without reimbursement. NOHS reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our community.
